Artwork Upload

The first critical step in successfully sending us your logo and other artwork for engraving is to ensure that you are sending the correct kinds of images. We strongly recommend that you take a minute to review Artwork Standards to ensure that you have the right image format files.

After you have collected all necessary logo and image files in the correct formats, you have three easy options for sending them to us:

Electronic Upload

Simply sign in or register with us, proceed to My Files, and upload your file(s). Your files will be available for selection on items which require an uploaded image. Once you have uploaded a file, we keep it on file until you decide to delete it.

Email Attachment

You may simply email your files to us at artwork@lasercrystalawards.com. Please send one file per email and include your order number, name, and telephone number in each email so we can contact you and ensure that your files are properly matched to your order items.

Physical Delivery

Finally, you may send your files on CD or DVD to us via the US Postal Service or any of the express package carriers. If you choose this option, please copy your files onto a CD or DVD, enclose it in a sturdy CD mailer, and send it to us at:

Please include your order number, name, and telephone number. When we receive your shipment, we will contact you to let you know that we have received it, and to begin the process of designing your award layout.
