How We Work

Rule #1 - No Surprises!

We know that the thought of ordering custom 3D laser crystal awards can seem complicated and just a little scary. We want to put your mind at rest and explain how the ordering and delivery process works so that you know that you have nothing to worry about when you order from Laser Crystal Awards!

Laser Crystal Awards employs a multi-step production process to ensure that you are aware of what is happening and that nothing happens without your express approval. Your credit card will not be charged until the final production design is approved.

Step 1 - Layout Proof

Once you have provided us with the necessary logos and other artwork, and have chosen one of our crystal designs, we go to to work to produce a free proof layout of the award. This proof is provided to you via email or fax and illustrates to scale the layout of the award. Up to three different proof layouts are provided for free. Additional proofs are available for $15.00 each.

Step 2 - Pre-Production Sample

For orders of 100 or more, we provide a free pre-production sample of the final piece. For orders of less than 100, pre-production samples are available at standard pricing.

Step 3 - Production Engraving

Once you have approved the final production layout and/or pre-production sample, we begin the production engraving process. Since we do all engraving here in our factory, and depending on the quantity ordered, typical time to ship is less than a week.

Step 4 - Shipping

The best design and most accurate production is all for nothing if your awards arrive late or damaged. All awards are enclosed in our satin-lined and padded gift boxes, and are further insulated from damage in our shipping cartons through the use of dense closed-cell foam padding. Shipping cartons are limited to a maximum weight of 50 lbs, both for ease of handling as well as to minimize chances for damage in handling by the delivery services.

Step 5 - Follow Up

After we ship your order, we follow up by notifying you of the package tracking information, and by following the progress of your order to completion. We will contact you to ensure that the shipment was delivered on time and without damage.
